Our Contract

By accessing or using Elovian, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. Using Elovian

Legal and Ethical Use

You agree to:

Refund Policy

• We generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments as our service is provided on a continuous basis

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period with no partial refunds

Exceptions for Refunds

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

   • If you experience severe technical issues that prevent access to core features
   • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence
   • The problem must be verified by our technical team
   • Refund limited to the affected billing period

2. Billing Errors

   • If you were incorrectly charged
   • If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
   • If you were charged after cancellation

3. Account Termination by Us

   • If we terminate your account without cause
   • Prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period

How to Request a Refund

4. Allow up to 5 business days for review

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Partial months of service
• Unused time on annual subscriptions after the first 14 days
• Add-on features or one-time purchases
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

USER CONTENT

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Elovian. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us license to store and process your content
• Confirm you have rights to share the content
• Agree to use the service for personal or internal business use
• Accept that we may use anonymized data for service improvement

Storage and Backup

• We regularly backup data but don't guarantee recovery
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We may limit storage capacity based on your subscription tier

LICENSING AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Rights

• Elovian and its original content are our intellectual property
• Our trademarks and brand features are protected
• The service's code, design, and functionality are proprietary

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and use Elovian for its intended purpose
• Download and use our PWA on your devices

You may not:

• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer the service
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Resell or redistribute the service

COMPLIANCE AND VIOLATIONS

Account Suspension
